Returns & Refunds
You have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw. Email info@autojoy.ee to initiate a return — goods must be sent back within 14 days of that notice. Items must be unused and in original condition. Signs of use may reduce the refund amount.
Return shipping is at your cost, unless we sent the wrong or a defective item. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return. For defective products contact us within 2 months of discovery at info@autojoy.ee. The right of withdrawal does not apply to B2B orders.
